So how does it work?
The properties will be used for holiday rental purposes and for the first 5 years of the rental contract White Shell will guarantee you a 4% (before taxes) return on your investment.
As an owner you will be allowed to use your property for up to 49 days a year based on the following:
1 week in June, July or September.
2 weeks in March, April, May or October (excludes Easter week)
4 weeks in January, February, November or December.
White Shell has exclusive rights to manage the rentals
This varies depending on the property size and covers the following:
Maintenance of shared areas, buildings, parking, garden, and pools
Property and resort insurances
Condominiums fees are approx:
One bedroom –400€ per month
Two bedrooms –650€ per month
Three bedrooms –850€ per month
